The pearl has been a desirable and valuable material since the beginning of human history. They symbolize innocence, virtue and beauty and were therefore particularly popular at weddings.

 

Our pearls are called Mabé pearls and we obtain them from breeding so as not to interfere with the natural ecosystem of the water.

This particular form of cultured pearls was developed in China in the 13th century. The special thing about it is that only a hemisphere forms in the shells, which makes it excellent for jewelry processing.
