Lapis Lazuli is one of the oldest known gemstones and has been processed into jewelry in various parts of the world since prehistoric times. In ancient cultures such as Egypt, Mexico, and the Eastern Empires, it was considered a sacred stone and was extremely valuable. Kings and queens all over the world loved and wore Lapis Lazuli.

The name comes from Latin and means "blue stone". It is said to increase one's sincerity and credibility, as well as promote the willingness to recognize, accept, and speak the truth.

The pendant was made of 925 sterling silver and completely gold-plated in a galvanic process. This complements the faceted Lapis Lazuli perfectly with its small golden inclusions. A small golden bead at the bottom completes the design. The pendant can be combined with the other models in the Lapis Lazuli collection. This consists of two pendant necklaces, a necklace, a pair of earrings, and two rings.

Detailed Balinese silver smithing was necessary to transform the dynamically curved designs into unique pieces of jewelry. We have our professional silver smiths, with whom we have been working for 20 years, to thank for the precise transitions and smooth incorporation of the stone into the setting.

The pendant can be seen here on our ‘silver snake necklace’, which can be purchased at the following link:
